The Mad Hatter team was great and very professional. They arrived on-time for their appointment, wore booties and put down floor coverings in my house to protect my floor. They had my fireplace working within 30 minutes. They explained everything to me and also sent their findings in an email later so I have all their advice in writing.

Juan Carlos and his colleague Oscar came in to check and clean our fireplace, we’ve lived here 7 years but the house is about 26 and I highly doubt it’s ever actually been cleaned before. The guys did a great job, and took photos of any problems, which a couple of them they were able to deal with there and then, they also replaced all the sections of our firebox as they were showing signs of deterioration, I really appreciate that they explained everything, and they worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards, there is not one speck of dirt from them being here. Was it cheap? No, but for what they did it was reasonable for and I would honestly rather pay someone to come and do the job properly than second guess myself with my family’s safety, thanks
